Hi,

The camp on Sept 19^th/20^th will be at my property “Craigie Den” at 387 Rocky Creek Road, Wollombi. It’s about 1.5 hours from Newcastle.

Parents and siblings are welcome.

Cost will be $25 / person. You can either pay cash on the Saturday or transfer the money into my account. I’ll send out the details later.

Once we know numbers we’ll work out whether we’ll need to set up tents, but we’ll have enough group tents if we need them and so no-one needs to bring their own.

Each cub should bring:

• Pillow
• Sleeping bag
• Wide-brimmed hat
• Water bottle
• Walking shoes
• Warm clothes for the night and morning
• Pyjamas
• Clothes for Sunday
• Toothpaste/brush
• Torch

A four-wheel drive or a car with a high wheelbase is the best option for getting there. But we’ll car-pool as best we can, so not everyone needs to drive. We’ll work out the logistics for that once we know who’s coming.
